Product Development
Blue G operates an independent Product development department whose responsibility is to obtain the designer’s imaginations into real look. This department works on parallel basis with designers to develop new ideas but also assist to resolve any technical problems related to the garment manufacturing. Blue G Product development department is fully trained in patterns making, proto samples, sales samples and any other sampling needs related to the customer.
Sourcing & Production
Blue G has long term relationship with manufactures in Pakistan, China, Jordan, Egypt, Dominican Republic and Haiti. These relationships enable the company to offer a diversified range of services and product mix within competitive time frame and price range. Blue G can handle all findings, label packages, accessories, etc. and can either manufacture in Pakistan or source from Far East without sacrificing timing or quality. Our Partner manufacturers can produce any quantities desired, from 1000 pieces to 100,000 pieces per style without sacrificing timing or quality.
Quality Control
Blue G has an experienced teams of quality control, those conduct audits of all factories on a continual basis accordingly to the client’s quality standards utilizing AQL 4.0, AQL 2.5, etc. Every Production run is inspected and controlled from yarn to packaging. Most of our manufacturing facilities are carrying high standards of productions and are approved by major Retailers.
Freight Forwarding
Blue G has the experience necessary to move shipment through the ports, whether by Sea or Air. Company has close relationship with all major carriers surrounding our production places and ensures that the freight will be shipped via the most direct carrier to meet required ETA’s
